Next-day Delivery as Standard

All of our customers in mainland UK receive next working day delivery when their order is placed Monday to Thursday before 5pm via phone or email and before 7pm online at www.firstchoice-cs.co.uk. Once the order comes in, parts are carefully packaged by our distribution hub and shipped overnight for delivery by 5.30pm on the next working day.

At a small premium, we can also fulfil the below delivery requirements:

• Extended order time between 8am and 7pm
• Next-day delivery before 12.30pm
• Next-day delivery before 10.30am
• Guaranteed Saturday delivery between 8am and 12.30pm
• Same-day delivery

Flexible Delivery Solutions To Suit You

First Choice Group also offers a carefully selected range of innovative delivery solutions so that our customers can choose a service that suits their requirements. These include:

ByBox

With 1500 locker boxes throughout the UK, ByBox allows customers’ items to be delivered to a secure locker in an easy-to-reach location in their local area. Stock can be sent to the ByBox lockers throughout the night, with guaranteed delivery by 8am, ready for the customer to pick up the parcel at any point throughout the day.

Royal Mail PUDO

This service allows customers to pick up their order at the Royal Mail office of your choosing. The advantage of using PickUp DropOff (PUDO) locations is there is no need for customers to wait for a delivery to arrive, the Royal Mail PUDO location will be available to receive your delivery at any time.

In-boot

For engineers on-the-go, your order can be delivered directly to the boot of your vehicle, ensuring maximum efficiency and maximising the number of jobs that can be completed in a day. This service is available from 4.30am the day after your order.

Pallet Deliveries

We also use Parcelforce and Palletways for palletised delivery of large, bulk items if this is required.

Hazardous Deliveries

First Choice Group can also make arrangements for the safe delivery of hazardous materials, such as cleaning chemicals.

Trade Counter Pick-ups

If none of our delivery options work for you, or you need something a little quicker, we have an on-site trade counter at our Cannock HQ, located centrally in the UK just off the M6 toll road. The trade counter has full access to our warehouse and is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, and Saturdays, 8.30am to 12.30pm.
